Garnet Samuel Fisk, beloved husband of the late Iris Elizabeth Fisk, of Moosomin, passed away at the Southeast Integrated Care Centre – Long Term Care on Sunday, February 13th, 2022 at the age of 95 years.
Garnet was born to Henry and Elizabeth Fisk, he was the 10th child born of 11 children. He was the last surviving child of Henry and Elizabeth. Garnet married Iris Elizabeth Moran on May 2, 1953. Garnet farmed near Kelso, Sk., grain and Simmental cattle. He was involved in the Crossroads Simmental Association and the Fairmede Ag Society. He moved to Moosomin in May of 1992.
Garnet was predeceased by his wife Iris Elizabeth and daughter Vicki and is survived by his children Sharon Williams, Gordon and Linda Fisk, Garth and Audrey Fisk, Rodney and Alfa Fisk. As well as 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, and sister-in-law Edna Fisk.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Southeast Integrated Care Centre – Long Term Care, Moosomin Sk. in Garnet’s memory.
