Obituary of GAIL LOIS GRATTON
GRATTON, Gail Lois – It is with heavy hearts the Family announces the passing of Gail Gratton at Norview Lodge on Thursday February 10, 2022, in her 75th year. Gail was raised in Waterford and spent several years in BC, she always hoped to one day return to BC. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Gail. Gail had a love for music, attending concerts and a weekend at home cooking for family and friends. Beloved daughter of Lois and the late John Gratton. Mother of Dan Gratton and grandmother of Jordyn Sandberg of BC. Dearly loved sister of Pat Brubacher (and Al), John Gratton (and Brenda), Jim Gratton (and Teresa), the late Jackie Smothers (and Dennis), Jo-Anne Barrett (and Les), Jenny Gratton (and Keith). Gail will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. The family wish to extend a warm thank you to Gail’s sister Pat and niece Amy Smothers for their devotion and compassion. Following Gail’s wishes cremation has taken place and the family will have a private gathering. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
