Fred “Buddy” Retieffe November 17, 1959 – November 27, 2022 Fred was a long time fixture of the north end Halifax community. He passed away peacefully at the VG and will be missed by his friends, roommates and staff at Herring Cove Apartments, as well as the folks at MOSH who supported him over years. Known as Buddy to his family, he was born in Three Rock Cove, Newfoundland to parents Archibald and Madonna Retieffe (both deceased). His siblings are James, Ricky, Mary, Janet, Calvin, Joey, Tracy, Michael, Alex, Clayton and Jennifer. Buddy also has several nieces and nephews. Burial will take place according to his wishes, Wednesday November 30 at 2:30 PM at Sunrise Park Cemetery, 2025 Prospect Road, Hatchett Lake, NS
