Francis Jacob, 66, of Petit-Cap,
passed away on Saturday July 16, 2022, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont
UHC. Born in Petit-Cap, he was the son of the late Léo and
Enna (Melanson) Jacob.
He is survived by his wife,
Kartini Jacob; four children: Kris Jacob, Daena Jacob, Sheena Smith,
and Dakota Jacob; seven siblings: Eudore (Nicole), Valois, Mauril,
Valérie (Glenda), Marcel, Marcella Jacob (late Garnett) and
Rosella Bourque (late Robert); five grandchildren: Sinead Dolan, Dylan
Jacob, Ethan Jacob, Keenan Estabrooks and Camila Lopez, as
well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was
predeceased by his brothers, Hilaire et
Éric.
The family will receive
condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie
Street, Cap-Pelé (506) 577-3297 on Friday
July 22 from 12:30 pm until time of departure 2:20 pm. Face mask is
recommended. The funeral mass will be celebrated at
Ste-Thérèse-d’Avila Church, 2648 Acadie Street,
Cap-Pelé at 2:30 pm. Interment will be at
Ste-Thérèse-d’Avila cemetery,
Cap-Pelé.
