Obituary
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Mount Nemo Christian Nursing Home in her 91st year. Beloved wife to Norman for 68 years. Cherished mother to Bob (Sue), Maureen (Michael) and Marsha (Larry). Loving grandmother to Eric, Evan, Owen, Jenna and Dana. Survived by her siblings Jim and Barb and predeceased by her sister Jane and brother Carling. Fran spent many years of her life as an active member of The Lowville United Church and participated in numerous church functions. Frances was a devoted wife and mother and spent her life loving and caring for her beloved family and friends. She was a gifted seamstress, and made clothes for her family, from dresses to pantsuits to wedding dresses for her daughters and bridal party gowns.
Many thanks to the staff at Mount Nemo Nursing Home for their gentle care and kindness. Fran will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her. Cremation has taken place.
A graveside service will be held in the near future. Once confirmed, the details will be posted here.
