DEMING: Floyd Lester – passed away suddenly at his residence on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Floyd Deming of Simcoe in his 78th year.
Dear father of Penny Deming of White Rock, B.C., Patty & husband Gilles Cright of London and George & wife Tina of Vanessa. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Cheyenne & Shayne, Justin, Cody, Gage, Heaven, Jessi & Kurt and by his great grandchildren Penelope, Cohen, Bryson, Cody, Paisley, Matilda, Nora and Tucker. Floyd is survived by his sister Violet “Lady” Gee of Gravenhurst and brother-in-law Konrad Tickl of Port Rowan and by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Delford & Pearl (Coddling) Deming, brothers Lawrence, Wilfred, Willy, Joe & Marjorie, Earl & Nancy and by sisters Marie Tickl and Jean & Donald “Short” Wingrove.
A celebration of Floyd’s life will take place at his son George’s home, 1229 Norfolk County Rd. 19, Vanessa on Monday, May 23, 2022 from 1 -4 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Personal condolences can be posted at www.gffh.ca
