Fern Theresa Sommer
(October 6, 1936 – June 30, 2022)
Fern Theresa Sommer of Camrose, Alberta, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the age of 85 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her sister Donna Sommer; numerous nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
Fern was predeceased by her parents Andrew and Odelia; brothers Lionel, Gordon, Warren, and Robert “Bobbie” Sommer; and sisters Helen Lassu and Lorna Kroetsch.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 8, 2022 at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church (3605 50 St, Camrose) celebrated by Rev. Father Danial DSouza.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Fern’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation .
