Passed peacefully with his loving wife by his side on December 13, 2022 at 94 years of age. Beloved husband of Lina Iarusso and the late Gerda. Survived by his daughter Sylvia Telasco (Wayne) and André Wagner (Vicky). Opa to Jason, Derek, Olivia, Elliott, Zack, Elle, Uma and Uhr-Opa to Will. Predeceased by his sisters Irmgard, Ellen and survived by his sister Vera.
Felix will be remembered for his offbeat sense of humour, kindness, generosity and artistry in carpentry. He was an important part of the success of the Olde Shoppe, which was known for its offerings of fine European antiques for over 35 years.
The family would like to express gratitude to the caring and compassionate staff of Extendicare Southwood Lakes for providing exemplary support and comfort to Felix in his final years.
If you so desire, donations to the Alzheimer Society or St. Alphonsus Church Organ Maintenance Fund would be appreciated.
Cremation will take place. Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, December 17th from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church, 85 Park Street East.
