Estelita Tullao Sanchez September 2 1933 May 10 2022

Estelita Tullao Sanchez went to be with the Lord on May 10, 2022 in Vancouver, BC. She was born on September 2, 1933 in Inayauan, Cauayan, Negros Occidental, Philippines. The second oldest daughter in her family, she is survived by her younger sister Ligaya (Andrea).
To pursue better educational opportunities for their children, her family relocated to Quiapo in Manila, where Estelita studied commerce and tailoring. She married Eugenio Sanchez in 1960, then the pair moved to Makati and had four children: Eloisa, Eduardo, Eleonor, and Eugenio Jr.
While raising children, Estelita was a homemaker and helped with the Tullao family business selling fish sauce. Her husband Eugenio predeceased her in 1991. Two years later, she migrated to Canada with her two younger children.
In Canada, Estelita enjoyed tending to the garden, sewing projects, thrifting, dancing, and the company of friends. A true snowbird, she regularly wintered in the Philippines to be with her grandchildren in Cavite, and to visit her hometown in Negros Occidental, which will be her final resting place.
