Obituary of Mrs. Elizabeth Mary Sulewski
Elizabeth (Betty) Mary Sulewski (nee MacCormack) passed away peacefully with family by her side on February 25th, 2022. Betty is predeceased by her loving husband, Stephen, and granddaughter, Samantha. She will be forever loved by her children, Kevin (Marsha), Kathleen (David), Susan (Brendon) and Silvy (Andrew). A loving Nana to Nicole, Michelle, Zach, Jaid, Isabella and Matthew.
Betty was born in Ireland and cherished her homeland and loved ones there. She came to Canada on her own and built a fulfilling life for herself and her family. Betty was a strong, energetic woman who loved her family and friends. She always found the positives in everything she did and got things done.
She loved helping her family in whatever capacity she could, her cottage weekends and spending time with friends. Whether it was her work at BMO, volunteer activities, or personal passions, she was an achiever. She made a difference in the lives of those that knew her as she accepted the path God laid out for her and enjoyed the journey.
Her strength and loving spirit live on in her family and our cherished memories. She will be greatly missed.
