Pauline Elizabeth Bassett (Fear)
1928- 2022
Elizabeth passed away peacefully on October 13th , 2022, predeceased by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert “Bob” Bassett (2011). Mum of Nichola Deveau, Nigel Bassett (Kathryn Joppen), Anne Conlon & Jayne Bassett (Stan Kertesz); Granny of Sarah, Michael, Jessica and Karyn and sister of Ann Crimble (England). She will be missed by all.
Originally from England and settling in Ottawa she spent her retirement years with Bob at their home on Crow Lake, ON, returning to Ottawa for the past 10 years.
A special thanks to the staff at Unitarian house who went above and beyond over the years. Cremation has taken Place, and at a later date a family celebration of Life will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations to Unitarian House ( www.unitarianhouse.ca/donate ), in memory of Elizabeth Bassett, would be appreciated by the family.
