Obituary of Elaxey Noftle
Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, St. John’s on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, Elaxey Noftle of Carbonear, age 84 years.
Predeceased by her husband: Heber; daughter: Cathy; siblings and their spouses.
Leaving to mourn, children: Fred (Bonnie) and Clarence (Mary), both of Ontario, Florence (Robert) Winsor, Harbour Grace, Joseph and Mary (Jeff) Jacobs, both of Carbonear; six grandchildren: Elizabeth, Johnathan (Sarah), Kelsey (Phillip), Kisha (Raymond), Donna (Akelan), Melissa (Gavin); special friends: Shirley Riddle and Violet Earle, both of Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Noel’s Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Monday, May 9, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, May 10 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel’s Memorial Chapel, Carbonear.
Private family interment in Calvary Pentecostal Cemetery, Carbonear.
The family respectfully ask that masks be worn for the visitation and funeral service.
