Obituary
ELLIS, Edgar George – Passed away peacefully at University Hospital, on Tuesday, November 28th, 2022, in his 89th year. Edgar leaves behind his cherished wife of 34 years, Sandy Ellis (nee Mills). Dearly loved father of Mark (Robin) Ellis, Brett (Elaine) Ellis, and Jeff Mills. Cherished grandfather of Cassie (Adam) Chartrand, Hayley (Chris) Eringa, Mackenzie Ellis, and James Ellis. Great-grandpa to Addie, Zack, Koen, and Silas Eringa; Clayton, and Nora Chartrand. Predeceased by his first wife Marj (1984) and his son Mike Mills. Survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law. Edgar was an avid sports fan and always kept up with his favourite teams; the Leafs, Detroit Tigers, The Toronto Blue Jays, and the London Knights. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Brock and Visser Funeral home- Thamesford (519-285-2427). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
