Obituary of Dylan Gary Jake Banting
It is with profound broken hearts that the family of Dylan Banting announce his sudden passing at the age of 14 on November 4, 2022 in Smiths Falls as a result of a tragic accident that took him from us way too soon. Predeceased by his grandparents Gary and Brenda Banting (Pa & Ma). Dylan was the precious son of Janna Banting; he will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by Kevin Banting (Uncle Kev); by his aunt Robin Parnell; cousins Klair and Trinidy, and his many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family. Dylan’s infectious smile and gleaming dimples will be sorrowfully missed by all his friends and teachers at Duncan J. Schoular Public School and Smiths Falls District High School. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects on Monday November 14, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Blair & Son Smiths Falls Chapel (112 Beckwith St. N.). A Celebration of Dylan’s life will be held at the Smiths Falls Civitan Club (12468 Hwy 15 N) on Saturday November 19, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Please check the “Benefit for Dylan Banting” on Facebook for further details.
