Fay, Ignatius (1950-2022)
Dr. Ignatius (Iggy) Charles Peter Fay, father, invertebrate palaeontologist, graphic artist/designer, poet and author, passed away on November 5, 2022 at the age of 72 in Sudbury, On. Predeceased by his parents Lucien and Azilda (Laberge) Fay, and his sisters Gerarda and Rosanna. He is survived by his daughters Kathryn (Gilles) and Danielle; his step-mom Isabelle; his siblings Margaret and Christine; his stepsisters Sharon, Charlene and Roberta. He will also be sincerely missed by his numerous nephews and nieces. Ignatius was a music connoisseur, an avid reader, wordsmith, archer, comic book and sci-fi enthusiast and enjoyed commemorating his life with tattoos. Cremation services by Simple Wishes of The North, Sudbury. Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
