Obituary of Douglas Carr
At St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, Douglas Carr of Wingham passed away at the age of 83.
Beloved son of the late Jim & Eva (Bannerman) Carr. Cherished brother of Brian Carr of Wingham. Loving uncle of Brent & Erin Carr of Brampton and great-uncle of Leah and Ryan. Doug will be lovingly remembered by his dear friends Stephanie & Jeff Allan of Brucefield and their family. Predeceased by his brother David Carr and his wife Merie and nephew Robert Carr.
A graveside service for the public will take place on Saturday, June 11th, 2022 at 10:30 a.m at the Wingham Cemetery with Reverend Carel Grundlingh officiating and reception to follow at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Wingham.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
