Dorothy Rose Zorgdrager, age 84, of Stratford, passed away peacefully at St. Marys memorial Hospital on June 17, 2022. Dorothy was born in Stratford, daughter of the late Fred and Roseanna (Aitcheson) Ward.
Dorothy was a member of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church where she did Mission work in India with her husband Oliver and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Beloved wife of the late Oliver “Ollie” Zorgdrager who predeceased her February 25, 2022. Loving mother of Mark (Kelly) and Dave (Sheri). Loving grandma of Dustin (Corrina), Devynn (Luke Harmer), Dawson, Stephanie (Mike Scott) and great granddaughters Penelope and Madelyn. Also survived by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Arlene Zorgdrager, Gerrit (Allie), Hendrina Steenbeck, Marianne, Jansje Hess (Ruud) and many nieces and nephews. .
Predeceased by her brother Kenneth Ward and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Case (Diene), Albert (Corrie), Dick (Norah), sisters Johanna Zorgdrager, Janneke de Baare (Herman).
