Death Notice of Dorothy Splane
Dorothy Splane, of Hanover, passed away at Hanover Care Centre on Sunday, November 20th, 2022 on her 87th birthday. Beloved wife of Alfred Splane for 67 years. Loving mother of Lyle Splane, and Sheryl Splane. Cherished grandmother of Yolanda Splane and her partner Dave, Virginia and her husband Matt Henderson, Evelyn and her husband Eldon DeCoste, Kyle Splane and his partner Jen, and Robie Splane. Great grandmother to Callie Henderson, Brodie Henderson, Kimberly Splane, Kiera Splane and Hunter Splane. Dear sister of Fred Schultz, and sister-in-law of Florence Schultz and Daisy Schultz. Predeceased by her parents John and Katherina Schultz, her sisters Maria, Kay and Annie, and her brothers, Nick, Jack, Harry, Tom and Don Schultz.
A private graveside service will be held at Durham Cemetery.
A celebration of Dorothy’s life will be held at Victory Fellowship Baptist Church, Hanover on Saturday, November 26th at 10:30 a.m.
