Dorothy Lou Stout – age 90 of Mascot passed away Monday, February 21, 2022. Preceded in death by husband, Herman Stout; and son, Terry Stout. Survived by daughter, Patti Smith; grandchildren, Caleb Tullock and Melissa Stafford; great grandchildren, Sara Elizabeth Hodge, Luke Stafford, Landon Stafford, and Brady Stafford; sisters, Shirley Haggard, Barbara (Bussie) Robbins; and several nieces and nephews.
