HARDING – Doreen (nee Beechey)
Born in Paris,ON March 20 1933 died at BGH Palliative Care July 25 2022 in her 90th year Predeceased by her beloved husband of 67 years Douglas Harding 2018. Loved Mom to Daughters Brenda Torok (late Joe) Linda Tatai (Steve) and Joan Palanio (late Joe). Cherished Grandma to Diane Torok-Varga ( Gabe), Joseph Torok ( Emily) ,Daniel McIntosh (Aimee) , Derek McIntosh (Candice) Jake Palanio and Jason Palanio (Joyce) Great Grandma to Dominic, Ainz, Tyler, Noelle &,Keegan Predeceased by her parents George & Emily Beechey and her older brothers George, Harold, Len, Jiggs, Jack, Ronnie & Bill Beechey. Survived by brother in law Ron Harding (Laurie) & Millie Harding. Loving Aunt to many nieces & nephews. Doreen worked for over 25 years as a supervisor at Melnor Manufacturing . She enjoyed many years camping in Southampton ON and later at their cottage at Peacock Point ON. Especially enjoying her time spent with her family. The family will receive friends at the McCleister Funeral Home, 495 Park Road N. Brantford on Thursday from 11am – 1 pm. Interment to follow, Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations may be made in memory of Doreen to the Brant SPCA. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.mccleisterfuneralhome.ca
