Donald Richard, 85, of Villa Providence Inc., Shediac and formerly of
Cocagne, passed away peacefully at the Villa Providence on Saturday
March 12, 2022. He was married to Léola (Gallant) Richard. Born
in Cocagne, he was the son of the late Patrick and the late Aline
(Léger) Richard.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Léola Richard of Bouctouche,
his two sisters; Jeannette LeBlanc of Richiboucto-Village, Claudette
Boucher of Leominster, MA, his two brothers; Arsène (Jacqueline),
Maurice (Jeannette) of Cocagne and several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by one brother; Victor.
At the special request of the family, there will be no visitation and
no funeral service.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.

  1. Léola, c’est avec grande tristesse que Diane et moi viennent d’apprendre du décès de Donald. Je l’ai toujours considéré comme une grand frère. Il va énormément nous manquer. Nos très sincères condoléances à toi et sa famille.
