Arnold, Derrick Floyd
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Derrick Arnold of Wassis, NB announce his sudden passing at Home on October 30, 2022. Derrick was born in Middleton, NS on January 27, 1965, to Helen (White) and Larry Arnold.
Along with his parents, Derrick is survived by his daughter Sheena Arnold, two sisters; Crystal (Reid Sheppard) DeMont and Joanne Daamen, a brother LeRoy (Amanda) Arnold, a granddaughter Keeley, and many nieces and nephews.
Derrick worked as a shift supervisor at Sobeys for over 24 years.His family would describe him as a big softy, a rebel and he marched to his own beat.In the past he was a Greenskeeper for a couple of Golf Clubs in NS and ON.He also worked for a trucking company transporting luxury cars and even transported a couple of Formula 1 cars.
Derrick was predeceased by his brother-in-law Hank Daamen.
Family and friends are invited to Sunbury Funeral Home in Central Blissville, NB for Visitations on Thursday November 3, 2022, from 1-3 pm. A Graveside service will follow at the Patterson United Church Cemetery.
