Denis Veilleux
The family announces with great sorrow the sudden passing of Denis at the age of 57, on February 4, 2022. Beloved spouse of Marielle Veilleux (Comtois) of Hammer, Ontario. Loving father of Chantal Souliere (Larry) of Timmins and Serge Veilleux of Hammer, Ontario. Dear grandfather of Loïc and Éllie Souliere of Timmins. Adored son of Béatrice Veilleux (Lefebvre) and Florian Veilleux (predeceased). Dear brother of Gilbert (Louise) from French River, Monique Pévost (Yvon) from St-Charles, Marc (Lyne) of Manitoulin, Réjean (Louise), François (Stéphanie) and Nicole Dupras (Michel) all of Sudbury. He will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins. A special thought to lifelong friend Richard Rainville. The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to all the first responders, Bernie Soulière and Constable Daniel Lafontaine. Denis was an avid Habs fan who enjoyed spending time on the lake making memories with his family and friends. Due to the pandemic, there will be no visitations. The family will reunite for a celebration of life at a later date.
