It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David (Dave) Scott Stewart of Havelock, ON at Kingston General Hospital on Friday, July 22,2022. Dave had just turned 65 on July 16, 2022. Dave was the cherished husband and long time friend of Elaine Therese Stewart. He was the loving son of the late Kenneth Scott Stewart and the late Agnes Innes Foeller (nee Piggott formerly Agnes Stewart). Dear father to Kevin Scott Stewart, Melissa Rachel Lorenz and Meghan Rose Graham (Jeff Coughlin). Devoted Grandpa to Aiden, Hanna, Avery, Madison, Brody and Aurora. Caring brother and friend to Karen Lynne Stewart. Dave will be remembered by many sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Dave lived his life thinking that every single day was a gift. Dave was one in a billion but never liked the limelight shining on him. There will be a Celebration of Life in the fall of 2022. Details will be announced closer to the date. Charitable donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
