St-Jules, Mary Constance “Connie” – It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the peaceful passing of Connie St-Jules (nee Laronde) on April 7, 2022 at the Golden Birches Terrace in Blind River at the age of 89 years. Survived by her loving husband Marcel St-Jules of Elliot Lake, she is pre-deceased by her previous husbands Douglas Sprague and Ernest Giddings. Cherished mother of Brenda Sprague, the late David Sprague, Donald Sprague (Leslie), Kevin Sprague (Gena) and grandmother of Courtney, Amber, Angela, Jayda, John, Amber Lee, Destiny, Ashley, Eric, Dale, Emily, Kyle and Keenan. Dear great grandmother of Isabella, Slade, Emma, Janay, and Jaxton. Dear sister of the late Carol, the late Norman, Gwen, Robert, Bernie, Brian, the late Dennis, Colleen, Doug, Kim, Marvel and spouses as well as beloved aunt to many. Connie is also survived by numerous step-children, step-grandchildren.
A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held on Wednesday May 18th, 2022 from 7-9 pm a at the Elliot Lake Funeral Chapel & Cremation Centre (36 Ontario Ave) and the Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 19th, 2022 at 11:00 am from Ste. Bernadette’s Parish in Elliot Lake with Father Eric Pannike officiating. Interment to follow in Woodlands Cemetery, Elliot Lake.
