Kenneally, Cody Reginald – Age 73 of Kentville, formerly of Aylesford passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022, at Evergreen Home for Special Care, Kentville. Born in Berwick he was a son of Gladys (Mapplebeck) and the late Reginald Kenneally. Cody worked for 37 years with the government of Frobisher Bay, Inquluit, NT. He was a longtime member of the Elk Lodge and the Royal Canadian Legion in Inquluit, NT. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going for long drives along the old country roads and shoreline with his “Timmies” in his hand. Cody is survived by his mother, Gladys (Mapplebeck) Kenneally, Aylesford; children, Debra (Kevin) Sloan, Donna (Marco) Kenneally, Reginald Kenneally, Colleen Kenneally; grandchildren, Connor, Emily, Annie; great grandchildren, Tucker, Jade, Hazel, Sierra; sisters, Debbie McEachern, New Minas, Lynn (Percy Misner), Berwick, Jacqueline (Harold) Patton, Middleton, Julie (Kevin) Wood, New Minas; brothers, Grant Kenneally, Aylesford, Robert Kenneally, Aylesford, Larry (Mayla) Kenneally, Aylesford. Cody was predeceased by his father, Reginald Kenneally and brother, Laurie Kenneally. Cremation has taken place. A private graveside service will be held at 1p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2022, in Aylesford Union Cemetery with Pastor Patrick Gilbert officiating.
