Clinton Robert King, age 93, of Knoxville passed away at home on April 27, 2022. He retired after working over fifty years with Norfolk Southern Railroad. Simultaneously, he retained his general contractor’s license building many homes in the area. He was a loyal member of the Corryton Masonic Lodge #321 and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Burton King; daughter, Patricia Ann King; brother, Edward; and sisters, JoAnn, Evelyn, Ida, Marlyne and Linda.
Survived by granddaughters, Margo and Shannon Warwick; great granddaughters, Brooke and Alley; brothers, Jim (Ann) King, AV (Polly) King, Richard (Nitaya) King, Danny (Charlotte) King, Hugh (Cathy) King; sisters, Mary Horner and Francis (Paul) Baughtery; numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
