Obituary of Clifford Dale Malloy
MALLOY, Clifford Dale
June 7, 1931 – Aug 9, 2022
The Lord has taken him from his pain. He leaves behind his wife, Donna, his children Glenn (Doreen), Neil, Warren, Nicole, stepchildren Tricia (Scott Foote), Amanda (Ben), and Dan (Jordyn). Cliff was predeceased by his son, Steven.
Cliff was a kind, gentle person who loved his family, animals, and Jazz on a Saturday afternoon at Cat’s Caboose with his friends. He was also a proud member of the Port Dalhousie Legion Branch 350.
He hardly ever complained, just liked the simple things in life, and would cry at movies. He would love to give rather than receive.
He could not tell a joke, but could sure pull a prank or two. He found happiness in his daily rides to Port Dalhousie these past four years.
Thanks to all the wonderful people at Linhaven for the excellent care they gave to Cliff.
In keeping with Cliff’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive guests on Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 12-1pm at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, with a Funeral Service immediately following at 1pm. As a longtime member of Port Dalhousie Legion Branch 350, which Cliff loved dearly, a Celebration of Life will be held at the Legion upon reopening. If desired, donations to Linhaven would be appreciated by Cliff’s family.
