Lebrun Brown, Clement
A long time resident of Dover, Clem Lebrun Brown passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance at the age 90.
Born December 20, 1931, he was the son of the late Donnie & Vitaline (nee Lozon) Lebrun.
He will be remembered always by his loving wife of 64 years, Marie Anne Brown (nee Cheff).
Dear father of Denise Hoffman (Bill), Claudette Everitt (Milt), Jerome Brown (Jane) & Yvette Caron (Andre).
Pépé of Paul, Marc, Michelle, Matthew, Catherine, Christine, Allison, Elizabeth, Joel, Daniel, Thomas & Nicolas.
Great-pépé of 12 with 2 on the way.
Survived by his sister Bernice Countryman (late Jack) and predeceased by his siblings, Rita VanDeVeire (Amiel), twin brothers, Gerald & Adelard Lebrun, and Mae Odette (Treffle).
Missed by many nieces, nephews & extended family.
Clem was a very proud farmer, farming the same land where he was born & raised. He enjoyed his many winters in Florida, playing shuffleboard, cards & happy hours.
A special thank you to caregivers, Gisèle and Sara for their compassion and support.
Family to receive friends on Friday, June 10, 2022 from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11 am, Saturday morning at the Funeral Home. Burial to follow in St. Philippe Cemetery, Grande Pointe.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of ones choice.
