It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Claudette Cadieux of Alfred, Ontario, on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of Ronald Burns. Dear daughter of the late Philippe Cadieux and the late Fleurette Benson. Loving sister of Robert (late Jacqueline Crête), Marielle (Jacques Joly), Cécile (late David Piché), Monique (late Raymond Leduc) and the late Rhéal (late Murielle Lapensée). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, one uncle and two aunts.
A Private Celebration of Claudette’s life will be held in the Lamarre & Son Funeral Home’s Chapel, 453 St. Philippe Street, Alfred, Ontario (613) 679-2802, followed by interment at St. Victor Cemetery, Alfred.
Special thanks to the staff of the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital, especially to Fany and to the Rehab’s Team, for their compassion and devoted care provided to Claudette.
