It is with great sadness that the family announces Chris’s sudden passing on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Chris was predeceased by his parents Harold and Beryl Rutledge, and his brother William Rutledge. Chris will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 9 years Christine; children Tylor, Emily, Janette and Colleen; grandchildren Lucien, Jessica, Ryker and Ian; siblings Marion and numerous other family members and friends. Chris served proudly with the Hastings Prince Edward Regiment of Peterborough 1973-1975. The family would like to thank the emergency room staff at Peterborough Regional Health Centre for their excellent care of Chris during his last hours. In lieu of donations and flowers, please consider donating to the PRHC Foundation in his memory.
