Christopher’s Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Christopher Michael Brown at his home on Sunday, January 2nd, 2022, in his 48th year. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Annette Pennings, and children Jordan Brown and Samantha Brown. Cherished son of Terry & Barbara Brown. Sadly missed by grandmother Dorothy Brown and mother-in-law Elly Pennings. Chris will be remembered by brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law: Adriaan (Jackie) Pennings, Catherine (Adam) Lockhart, Peter (Kelly) Pennings, and Derek (Lee-Ann) Pennings. Special uncle of Ciarra, Savanna, Owenn & Brinlee; Lauren & Brandon; Jack, Sylvan & Rey. Chris was a carpenter from a young age. Helping his Grandpa Harpley, he picked up the knack for building and made it his career. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed the outdoors, whether it be camping, hunting, fishing, or snowboarding. He spent many fun days growing up at the Glendale Yacht Club and later enjoyed bringing his own family to swim, boat, and camp. Although being a quiet man he greatly loved his family and friends and was always willing to help out. Special thanks to all the doctors, nurses, staff, and pharmacists that helped Chris on his cancer journey.
