Obituary of Carol Anne Boutilier
It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Carol Anne Boutilier of Spryfield, N.S.
Carol was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She left this world suddenly on June 1st, 2022, at age 75.
Carol was the daughter of the Late Clovis Landry and Alice (Catherine) Smith.
She lived a beautiful life. She dedicated her time to caring for others and helped raise her two grandchildren, Eryn, and Franklin. The care and concern she had for her family was like none other. She left a legacy to her children and grandchildren for them to flourish and live prosperously.
Her optimistic outlook on life unequivocally impacted the people around her in the most positive way possible. She could build character, constructively criticize and be your best friend all at once. She was a guardian to all those she loved. She harnessed such a wonderful ability to paint an illustration in your mind. Her story-telling capabilities were impressively remarkable.
Her hobbies and interests included walks through nature and by the ocean, gardening, sewing, knitting and word puzzles.
Close to our hearts she will be loved, remembered, and honoured.
Carol was predeceased by her loving husband Robert (Raymond) and brothers Peter and Robert (Bobbie) Landry.
The surviving progeny and family of Carol Boutilier are her sister, Alice Purton of London Ont. also her daughters, Michelle Fiske, Christina Jorgensen, and husband Rolf, her son, Robert, and wife Trish (Hill). Also are her three grandchildren, Alex Boutilier, Eryn, and Franklin Fiske, as well as nieces and nephews.
A sincere thank you is extended to family, friends, neighbours, and health care professionals involved. A private ceremony will be held in celebration and in honour of Carol at a later date.
