Obituary of Bunny Murdoch
With broken hearts, the family announces that their matriarch passed away suddenly at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Saturday morning, December 17, 2022. Bernice Isabell “Bunny” Murdoch of Arnprior was 90. Beloved mother of Cheryl Mielke (Charlie) of Braeside; Lee-Anne Grierson and Carolyn Fraser (Garry), both of Arnprior. Cherished and forever loved “Nan” of her 4 grandchildren: Stephen Mielke (Lissa Wannamaker), Stephanie Tsui (Joachim), Lee Grierson (Brandi Rideout) and Meagan Fraser as well as her 3 great-grandchildren: Nolan Tsui, Riley Carnall and Sully Green. The last surviving child of the late William and Florence (nee Russett) Raycroft, Bunny was predeceased by siblings: Earl Raycroft (late Margaret), Orletta Mullin (late Russell), Marion McMillan (late John), Elwin Raycroft (late Betty), Darlene Goslin and Gordon Raycroft (late Bethel). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Final care and arrangements have been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior where visitation will take place on Wednesday evening, December 21st from 7 to 9p.m.
and again on Thursday morning, December 22nd from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
A Funeral Service will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Thursday morning at 11 o’clock.
Luncheon will follow with interment at the Albert Street Cemetery afterward.
