Obituary of Bruce MacPherson Pippy
Peacefully at home in Hazelbrook, with family by his side, Bruce, age 78 years passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
Beloved husband of Carol (nee Herman) and dear father of Doreen Pippy (Ron Kennedy), Denise Pippy-Docherty (Kendall), Dianne Fullerton (Peter) and Darlene Baker (Stuart). Also survived by his grandchildren Taylor, Sumner, Sammy, Thomas, Lawson, Emmett, Autumn, Zach (Brittany), Nicholas, Gabriel, Lauren, Matthew, Hannah and Sophie; great-grandchildren Kyaira and Kenson; siblings Helena MacKinnon, Kay Pippy, Norman Pippy (Donna) and Nancy Pippy; sisters-in-law Pearl Hunter, Norma Hermann and Greta Pippy. Bruce is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Willard and Florence (MacPherson) Pippy, father and mother-in-law Roy and Winnifred Herman, brother Aubrey and brothers-in-law Fred MacKinnon, Roger Fryer, Gordon Hermann and Gordon Hunter.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where visiting hours will be held Thursday, November 17, 2022 4-7 pm. A funeral service will be celebrated at St. Andrew’s United Church, Vernon Bridge on Friday, November 18 at 11 am.
Memorial donations may be made online to Canadian Cancer Society or the St. Andrew’s United Church, Vernon Bridge.
