MARR, Brian “Oscar”
Passed away unexpectedly on September 12, 2022 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital at the age of 58.
He leaves behind his loving wife Mary Anne (nee Portolesi), furbabies George and Cooper, brother Rick (Coleen) and sisters Donna Miller (late Ron), Gail Wakunick, Sandy Lacharity (James), Connie Marr (Tom) and Dianne Marr (late Garry). He will be missed by his mother in law Marianna Portolesi (late Domenic), brothers in law Rocco (Patti), John (Sherri) and Domenic Jr. and his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by his parents Roy and Carmel Marr and brothers David, Patrick and Wayne.
Brian was the former Owner/Operator of Waymar Bros. Crane, and currently worked for Rankin Construction as a Crane Operator/Heavy Equipment Operator. .
Brian’s family will receive friends at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne on Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. In keeping with his wishes, cremation will follow with a private graveside burial of cremated remains at a later date.
If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
