Boyd William Harris 2022

The death of Mr. Boyd William Harris husband of the late Anna Marie (Waye) Harris of Parkland on the River and formerly of Trout Brook, NB; occurred on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 94. Born in Sevogle, NB, he was the son of the late Minto and Greta (MacAllister) Harris. Boyd was a retired Woodlands Supervisor with Repap, where he enjoyed the many friendships made. Boyd enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and walking. He was a very active member of Calvary Baptist Church, Newcastle.
Boyd is survived by: son: Hubert (Delalene) of Strathadam, NB; grandson: Jason (Shauna); great grandchildren: Callie and Tori; sisters: Beryl Tozer (the late Budrow) of Sunny Corner, NB; Edith Parks (the late Russell) of Miramichi, NB; Joyce Ward (Wilbur) of Brampton, ON; brothers: Sterling (the late Natalie) and Hollie (Laureen) all of Exmoor, NB and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents and wife: Boyd is predeceased by: sister: Nita McKibbon (Brian); brothers: Hiram and Don (Noreen).
Funeral service will be held from Meadows Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 with Pastor Matthew Porter officiating. Burial will follow in the Wesley United Church Cemetery.
