Obituary of Bill Stringer
Stringer, William – Peacefully on Wednesday January 5th, 2022 at Andy’s Place, Port Carling. Bill, in his 65th year, loved husband of the late Carmela (nee Colangelo). Proud father to Michael Stringer. Dear brother of David (Charlotte Joshko) and Kevin (Tania Smith). Bill will be fondly remembered by his many friends at John’s Autoparts and Napa. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the incredible staff at Andy’s Place for their care of Bill in his final months.
Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905)877-3631 on Thursday from 2-4 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday January 14th, 2022 at 10:30 am at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 14400 Argyll Road, Georgetown. Entombment will follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens, Etobicoke. In lieu of flowers donations to Andy’s Place/Muskoka Hospice would be appreciated.
