It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill, after a courageous fight with MS, on February 6, 2022 at 59 years of age.
Beloved husband and best friend of 35 years to Cathy (nee Fox). Cherished father of Brittaney (Paul), and Lauren. Adored grandpa of JJ and Haley. Loving brother of John and his wife Gloria and their children Matt (Erika) and Mike (Lee). Dear brother-in-law of Theresa, the late John (1989), Ken (Cathy). Predeceased by his parents and brother, as well as his in-laws. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In his younger years, he enjoyed woodworking. In recent years, he enjoyed his visits with his grandchildren and watching his many favourite TV shows with Bentley on his bed.
A heartfelt thank you to his nurse Rochelle for her great care, ALSO staff for their amazing support and to PSW Nick for his comfort, which blossomed into a wonderful friendship.
Because of the amazing care received, donations to Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario (ALSO) would be appreciated by the family.
Cremation has taken place. On Thursday, February 10, 2022, reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend memorial visitation from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Families First, 585 Sandwich St. S., Amherstburg, 519-969-5841.
