It is with deep sadness that the family of the late Bernard Grandy of Garnish announces his passing. Bernard passed away in Garnish on Saturday, May 14th, 2022 at the age of 64.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his brothers, Gordon Grandy of Grand Bank, Reuben Grandy (Joan King) of Garnish, and Barry Grandy (Margaret) of Garnish; his sister, Daphne Grandy of Grand Bank; special friends, Ernie Grandy of Garnish and Gerald Walters of Garnish; nephews, Rodney Grandy (Connie) of Grand Bank, Dwayne Nolan of Alberta, and Shawn Grandy (Kayla) of Garnish; nieces, Beatrice Bungay (Brian) of Grand Bank, Bonnie Holly (Jamie) of Garnish, Jessica Grandy (Kory) of St. John’s, and Janelle Wells (Bradley) of St. John’s; Uncle Earle Cluett of Frenchman’s Cove; Aunt Evelyn Grandy (Gravis) of Winterland; plus a large circle of family and friends.
Bernard was predeceased by his, parents, Thomas and Beatrice Grandy; and brother-in-law, Spencer Grandy.
The Grandy Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes, Burin on Sunday, May 22nd from 11am to 2pm.
Funeral Service will follow at Wiseman’s Funeral Home at 2:30pm
