Doreen Bellis passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at the age of 80. She is survived by her four daughters: Bonnie Heidrick (Gary) of Coquitlam, Cory Grantham (Bob) of Kelowna, Tracy Bellis of Victoria, and Danae Duran (Jim) of Kelowna; 13 grandchildren: Brandy (David), Bobby (Jessica), Crystal (Sean), Chris, Leanne (Steve), Lindsey, Ryan (Carly), Caylin, Shawn (Craig), Brandin, Jaryd, Stefanie (Brady), and Draytan; 12 great-grandchildren: Coby, Zoe, Lincoln, Avery, Mason, Wyatt, Hunter, Dawson, Owen, Max, Salem, and Kyleigh. Also survived by life long friends, Jan and Dave (Jenna, Thomas and Tamara) King of Lake Country.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 10:00 AM, in the Chapel of Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. Doreen will be laid to rest along side husband, Fred, (d. 2006) at an private internment for family, at the Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kelowna General Hospital Foundation, 2268 Pandosy Street, Kelowna, B.C. V1Y 1T2, or a charity of choice.
