Byam, Barbara Joan
Peacefully at the Perth Hospital on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Ross Byam. Loving mother of Kevin (Grace), Cynthia (Terry), and Mike (Susan). Cherished grandmother of Kacie, Jake, Rhys, Nick, Matt, Colin, and Cameron. Predeceased by her parents Edwin and Velma Watson. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Barbara was very involved in her community. She loved her family, friends, church and the UCW. She enjoyed volunteering for Meals On Wheels and the Breakfast Club. She always loved keeping busy by helping others and enjoyed brightening people’s days. She will be forever missed.
As per Barb’s wishes cremation has taken place. A funeral service will take place at the Trinity United Church, Smiths Falls, on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 11:00 AM. A reception will follow at the church. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Trinity United Church would be greatly appreciated.
