Barbara Louise (Saunders) Fuller
1933-2022
Barbara Louise (Saunders) Fuller – 89,
Hortonville, Kings Co., passed away August 22, 2022 at home. Born in
Weston, Kings Co., she was a daughter of the late Frank and Adelia
(Palmer) Saunders. She graduated from the Provincial Normal College
and taught several years before marrying Howard Fuller and moving to
Hortonville. Barbara was a past member of the United Church Women
(UCW). She was a lifetime member of Grand Pre Women’s
Institute and held several offices both Locally and
Provincially. Barbara was involved in 4-H as a child, leader
and parent. Barbara was a kind and caring person and will be greatly
missed.
Surviving are her children, Carolyn, Andrew
(Nancy), Bruce, Beverly (David) teBogt, and Margaret Fuller;
grandchildren, Cassandra and Jennika; great-granddaughter Sophie;
sister, MaryAnne Carty; brother, Reginald (Ellen) Saunders. Barbara
was predeceased by her loving husband Howard; and sister Ardyth
Crumb.
Cremation has taken place. A private
interment at Lower Horton Cemetery, Hortonville, will be held at a
later date. Donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and
Cremation Services, Kentville.
