Arthur E. Ruff
1940-2022
The death of Arthur Edward Ruff occurred on Thursday, January 13, 2022
at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton. Arthur was born
February 3, 1940 in Killoween, NB and was the son of the late Kenneth
and Gertrude (Hathaway) Ruff. Arthur was also predeceased by 2
sisters, Myrtle and Audrey; 3 brothers, Alton, Ronald and Don.
Arthur is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Betty; 3 children,
Tony Ruff (Kim), Timmy Ruff (Jessalynn) and Tammy Ruff (Stuart);
chosen daughter, Wanda Clement; 6 grandchildren, Tina, Sara, Dorien,
Dryson, Olivea and Andy; 5 great grandchildren, Nolan, Peyton, Zander,
Willow and Paisley; 3 sisters, Marie McSheffery, Evelyn Cammack
(Lewis) and Brenda Foster as well as several nieces, nephews and
extended family.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 27, 2022 at 4:00 pm in
the Wharton Cemetery. For those who wish donations made to the NB
Heart and Stroke Foundation, Diabetes Association or to a charity of
the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
