Obituary of Ann Gahagan
Passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at the age of 78. Much loved Mum of Mandy and Paul. Cherished Nanny of Andrew and Jordan and Grandma Ann to Joshua. Dear sister of the late Margaret, the late Ellie, Eileen, the late Tom, John, Dennis, Eric and families in Canada and Northern Ireland. Ann was born in Belfast and came to Canada in 1967. She was a friend to many and enjoyed her time working at Tim Hortons Centre Mall and later retired from Walmart Eastgate Square. Thank you to palliative nurses Rachel and Ann for taking such great care of Mum. Special thanks to Stephen, Barbara, Vickie, Nancy, Claudia, Danielle and Gita for helping care for Ann at home. Thanks also to all of her friends for visiting her regularly, with words of encouragement and prayer. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Friday from 1-3 and 5-8pm. Funeral Service be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 1pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation to follow.
