Obituary of Andrew Holliday
March 1979 – December 2022
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Andrew Holliday on December 18, 2022 at the age of 43, in Ottawa, Ontario.
Andrew was the cherished husband of Theresa Stanistreet (daughter of Peter and Cathy Stanistreet), and stepfather to Josh.
He was the beloved son of Theresa “Terry” Holliday of Ottawa, and Kerry Holliday (Penny Parkinson) of Midland. Andrew was a big brother to Erin Walin (Jason) of Wisconsin.
Andrew’s memory will live on in the hearts of his aunts and uncles: Lorraine Yantha, Barb Gutz (Ken), Kathy Willbond (Pat), Rose Marie O’Grady (Jim), Chris Yantha (Denise), and Colleen Bryant (Harold). Andrew was predeceased by his uncle Harold Yantha.
He will be dearly missed by his many cousins.
Andrew was smart and sensitive, with a quick wit, and will be fondly remembered for his amazing sense of humour, his kindness of heart, his creative spirit, and his great love of animals.
We are forever changed by our tremendous loss, but so grateful for the time we had with him and the memories we will have to keep in our hearts.
A celebration of Andrew’s life will be held at a future date.
His care has been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior.
