Andrew (Andy) James Ball at 71 years passed June 25th, 2022. He was the love of her
life and her best friend to Kim (Smith). Heroic and devoted father to Andrea and Nathan (Kerri).
Grandfather to Ava and missed by Dillon, Maddison, Braedan and Khloe.
Wonderful son to the late Harry and Eleanor Ball. Amazing son in law to the late Don and Patricia Smith. Loving brother to the late Bartrum (Barty) Ball, (Iris), Pat Bell, MaryLou Kathen, Danny Ball and Mike Ball.
Selfless brother- in- law to Bob Smith (Janice), Brent Smith (Heather) and the late Sharon Wendt..
Adored and loved by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
His last message was to find the happiness in everyday and no matter what, live your life to the fullest and take nothing for granted!
Skills used in baseball, football, hockey and golf also transferred into his daily life .A life with focus, passion, courage, and exceptional work ethic. He was a loyal team member who cherished the friendships he acquired even more than the sport .
His passion for Life and fun was cherished by his family, grandchildren and granddogs. Friends adored his bigger than life personality. Andy left a letter to all of us. Our hope is that his words will inspire you and make your day a little lighter.”Don’t be sad. Life is too short. Make the best of everyday. Be positive and things will turn out. Friends are invited to share their memories of Andy with his family during visitation at the Murphy Funeral Home 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Saturday July 9th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in The Chapel at 1:00 p.m.
In memory of Andy donations to the OSPCA or the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
