Obituary of Al McManus
Entered into rest at Wellington House, Prescott on Saturday July 9, 2022, Stewart Allan “Al” McManus of Brockville aged 82. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Arlene McManus (nee Hall). Loving father of Scott McManus of Lancaster, Lynn Harvey (Mike) of P.E.I, Debbie McLeod (late Dirk), Donna Elliott (Greg) both of Barrie and Brenda Rannells (Bill Irewin) of Brockville. Cherished grandfather of Jessie McManus, Sean and Alex McLeod, Christopher and Kevin Elliott, Jason and Ashley Rannells and numerous great-grandchildren. Al is also survived by siblings of Wayne McManus (Gwen) of Athens, Yvonne McCann (Lawrence) of Athens, Faye Gardiner (Reg)of Brockville as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents George and Elva (Seabrooke) McManus, brothers George Jr., Garry McManus and Donald McMansu (late Beverley).
Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville, ON Monday July 18th 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. A Celebration of Al’s Life will be held in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Greenbank Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer’s Society and the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
