Aline Boudreau, 85, of Haute-Aboujagane, passed away
surrounded by her loving family at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC on
Thursday, October 6th, 2022. Born in
Sainte-Marie, she was the daughter of the late Isidore and
Émilia (Cormier) Cormier.
Before her retirement, she was employed by Paturel Seafood
and Westmorland Fisheries. She loved to take care of her grandchildren
and was an avid knitter of socks, sweaters, and
dishcloths.
She is survived by her three children: Linda Dupuis (Gilles),
Marie Boudreau all of Haute-Aboujagane and André Boudreau
(Noëlla) of Cap-Pelé; a brother Augustin Cormier
(Julia) of Bouctouche, a sister Pauline Boudreau (Francis) of Dieppe,
six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Aline was predeceased by her husband, Ovide Boudreau (2011),
her son Benoit, and siblings: Normand and
Dismas.
As per her wishes, a private family service will be held at a
later date.
In memory of Aline, a contribution to the Alzheimer Society
or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be
appreciated.
Cremation and funeral
arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation
Centre, Shediac (532-3297).
