Obituary
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Alexandra (Ola) after a long health struggle at the age of 89 at the Huntsville Hospital on March 5, 2022.
Alexandra was an extremely devoted wife to the late Jan Grygiel (Mar/31/02) and loving Mother to Henry (Susan), loving Babcia to her two grandchildren, Stacey Kuebler and Kevin Grygiel and a fun Great Babcia to her twin great grandsons, Nathan & Benjamin Kuebler (zoom zoom).
Born to Maria Marek & Jan Wlodarczyk on Feb/28/33 in Lipiny, Poland, she was the youngest of 5 children Zofia Stolarczyk 1916-2001, Jadwiga Malicki 1917-1997, Stefan Wlodarczyk 1922-1974 and Wladyslawa (Gladys) Jarzabek 1928-2018. She was a loving Ciocia to many nieces and nephews and beloved Chrzestna to Therese Dabrowski.
Along with her husband Jan, they immigrated to Canada in 1951 and resided in North Bay until 2018, when she moved to be cared for at Muskoka Landing in Huntsville.
As per her family’s wishes, a private service will be held Thursday, March 10th at St. Mary’s Cemetery, North Bay and a Celebration of Life will be held at a still to be determined date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation.
